Throughout our professional careers, we came to develop a set of principles we tried to adhere to in providing services to our various clients including students, parents, our teachers, fellow administrators, our participating school district staff, school board members, and representatives of business and industry.  We can attest that following these principles allowed us to serve our clients very well.
